Timetables

Check-in: from 15.00 to 21.00. Upon arrival, we will ask for identity documents for the usual registration practices required by current legislation.

Check-out: from 07.30 to 10.00. In case you need to stay longer, just make arrangements in advance to allow the best performance of our activities based on availability.

To ensure that there is respect for the rest and tranquility of our guests, it is not possible to return to the structure after midnight.

Rooms

Access to the rooms is reserved exclusively for hotel guests. Guests accompanying guests cannot have access to the rooms without prior authorization.

No smoking is required in all rooms and common areas. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies of the rooms that have it.

The cleaning and the rearrangement of the rooms are done daily from 10.30. The replacement of towels and sheets will be made every 3 days (except the day before departure).

With the exception of the courtesy set in the bathroom, all items are property of the hotel and must therefore be left in the rooms.

The management is not responsible for any theft of objects left in the room.

Spa

Our Wellness Center is open from 3.00 pm to 7.30 pm and access is allowed only to adults; to regulate the turnout and ensure your safety, a reservation is required.

A bathrobe, sauna towel and towel are provided, while it is necessary to bring swimsuit and slippers.

Restaurant

Breakfast: breakfast is served from 08.00 to 10.00. For different times and for special needs, compatibly with the conduct of our business, it is possible to make direct arrangements.

Dinner: our restaurant is at your disposal for dinner with a la carte menu.

For special needs or allergies, communication in advance is welcome to give our kitchen time to prepare alternative recipes off the menu.

Parking

Parking inside our property is free and unattended. We are not responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles.

Animals

Animals are not admitted.

Prices

Rates are expressed in euros and are per room per day (occupancy 2 adults), with breakfast and access to the Wellness Center included.

The tourist tax of € 2 per person per night, where due, is not included.

Payments

Payment is direct at check-out, unless otherwise agreed. It is possible to pay in cash, debit or credit card. At the moment it is not possible to pay by American Express credit card.

During the booking phase, the credit card details are requested only and exclusively to guarantee the reservation. We require pre-authorization for the amount of the confirmed booking, but no amount will be charged unless the cancellation times are respected.

Cancellation policy

Up to 10 days before the arrival date, no penalty

From 9 to 2 days before the arrival date 50% of the entire stay

From 1 day before the arrival date or no show 100% of the entire stay.

In case of early departure, before the agreed date, the following penalties will be charged: - 100% of the unused stay.
