The typical dishes of the Emilian tradition are the protagonists of our restaurant.
The large internal room was created in the old stable and looks like a warm and welcoming environment. In summer it is possible to eat outside under the porch and surrounded by greenery and countryside.
The cuisine.
The Alba del Borgo farm provides fresh and organic products every day of the year to our restaurant. We want to offer our customers what nature makes available to us, following the seasonality of the crops and the rhythms necessary for the land to give birth to their fruits.
The cellar.
The hundreds of old work-tools hanging on the walls make our cellar a unique environment that make it ideal for private parties or business meetings, where it is also possible to organize tastings.
